About Me

My approach integrates evidence-based medication management, with or without psychotherapy, within a larger framework of the social, biological, and systemic factors that impact your wellbeing. I prioritize listening and understanding to tailor a treatment plan that is unique to your goals and experiences.

I work with patients through all stages of adult life, from late adolescence (age 18+) through menopause and beyond. During my residency, I pursued specialized clinical training at the UCSD Women's Reproductive Mental Health Clinic, where I gained expertise in safely managing medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding. My top priority is to ensure you feel informed and supported in navigating your mental health alongside parenthood and other life transitions.

I chose this field because I saw a recurring gap in care: many patients I spoke with felt forced to choose between treating their mental health or protecting their physical reproductive journey. This doesn't need to be an either/or decision, and I am dedicated to bridging that gap.
