PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, such as an accident, violence, or a serious loss. People with PTSD may have flashbacks, nightmares, or intrusive thoughts related to the trauma, along with feelings of anxiety, irritability, or emotional numbness. These symptoms can make everyday life challenging, but help is available. Through therapy and medication, many people find relief and learn to manage their symptoms effectively. If you're struggling with distressing memories or feelings after a difficult experience, I'm here to support you on your healing journey.
